Ingredients for Okra Water
- 3 okra fingers
- 1 glass of water
Notes on the Ingredients
- You can use 2, 3 or 4 okra fingers for one glass of water.
- Use fresh okra.
Directions for making Okra Water
- Cut off the stalk of the okra.
- Make 2 cuts along the okra.
- Put them in the glass cup.
- Pour water to cover the okra.
- Cover and leave on your kitchen counter overnight.
- The next morning, remove the okra fingers, you will notice tha the water has become slimy.
Drink Okra Water first thing in the morning before breakfast. Some people also drink it in the evening (last thing before going to bed) to double the effects. If you want to also drink it in the evening, soak in the morning.
